Sun Endurance/Light University
// LIGHT UNIVERSITY

Understand light.
Perform better.

The education centre for endurance athletes on sun, UV, circadian rhythm, and photobiomodulation. Start with the fundamentals, then follow the applied protocols.

The curriculum

Six subject areas, each with fundamentals, applied protocols, and a reading list.
